Opportunities for Pastors to be involved...
1. Bibles for Legislators
Present a personalized embossed Bible to your newly elected Representatives and Senators.
2. Meet with and pray for your Legislator
Identify one elected official to meet with at least once, with the purpose of sharing scripture, conversation, and prayer. Meetings can occur in-district or at the state capitol during the legislative session.
3. Care Team Pastor
Identify one or more elected official(s) to meet with periodically on an ongoing basis, following the structure of scripture, conversation, and prayer. Meetings can occur in-district or at the state capitol during the legislative session.
4. Meet with government officials
Identify one government agency leader to meet with at least once, following the structure of scripture, conversation, and prayer. Meetings can occur in-district or at the state capitol.
5. Partner with government officials
Work with the Church Ambassador Network to engage with government agency leaders, offering churches as solutions to community challenges. Meetings follow the structure of scripture, conversation, and prayer, and include discussion of white papers and local solution presentations.
6. Pastors Steering Committee member
Participate in a leadership committee meeting two times per year, with virtual option, to provide pastoral vision, leadership, and direction to the Church Ambassador Network.
